Week starts with China’s moves to scrap presidential term limits, Anbang Insurance’s turn of fortune and high mood on street. U.S. personal spending likely cooled at the start of the year while the economy expanded, data is expected to show this week, while Nafta talks resume in Mexico City. In Asia, the Bank of Korea will announce its monetary policy decision on Tuesday and we get readings on China’s manufacturing PMI and India GDP.
