Globally incentive for home ownership is coming down despite global synchronised economy recovery, increasing corporate earnings, easy monetary policy and fiscal stimulus. Job growth and real wage growth and its certainty over foreseeable future are questions of concern.

Inflation data from Japan, a purchasing managers index reading from Europe and minutes from the U.S. Federal Reserve’s latest policy meeting, plus comments on the Fed’s balance sheet from central-bank officials will be key guiding factors for financial markets.
