The Reserve Bank of India diluted its guidelines on
stressed assets and has now mandated banks to undertake a review of a
borrower’s accounts within 30 days of default. British Prime Minister Theresa
May stepped down as leader of the governing Conservatives. Mexico's government
had reached a deal with the United States to avert a tariff war by pledging to
